Red Light Therapy for Men: Testosterone, Skin, and Recovery

Typical protocol: 10–20 minutes of exposure at 6–12 inches from the panel, daily or 4–5x per week. For the testosterone application, some practitioners recommend 5–10 minutes of direct testicular irradiation (without protective eyewear — the eyes should be covered or averted from the panel).
